Attracting Claims Talent
The IUA, and the Lloyd's Market Association have launched two online claims ‘taster’ job simulations to equip early talent with the skills to develop a career in claims.
The initiative provides an immersive, hands-on learning experience that introduces the world of insurance and the claims role, setting individuals up for a future career. Developed together with
Forage, the job simulations aim to raise awareness of claims as a career and build a talent pipeline for the future. Further details are available via the two links below.
Companies are encouraged to utilise the simulations to support their own recruitment campaigns. Resources to facilitate this are available to download at the bottom of this page.
